Be leery of staying at a 2 Start Hotel! You get what you pay for. We were in a suite. The room decor was cold and depressing, but that was not the problem. Lighting in the bedroom didn't work, nor did the television (No Signal). The cover plate for the Air Conditioner controller was missing and we were unable to control temperature. Tried to call the desk but the phone didn't work either. Asked to switch to another room and we were placed in a standard king, one room which was smaller but in better condition. Agua fría de la regadera y no me quisieron ayudar No salía agua caliente de la regadera, lo reporte a recepción y me comento que no podía hacer nada porque era Domingo y no había nadie mas que lo pudiera ayudar por lo que me tuve que bañar con agua fría La ubicación
No limpian los cuartos! Nunca nos avisaron que no había servicio de limpieza y cuando lo solicitaos nos dijeron que ya no estaba disponible hasta el día siguiente por lo que nuestro cuarto nunca tuvo este servicio La ubicación
Disappointing
I would definitely not stay at this property again. 1. Room not ready when promised. Had to wait another hour +. 2. Was charged more for room then what was on reservation. Was not much, but that’s not the point. 3. Room was not in good shape. Smoke detector hanging from ceiling, bathtub overflow cover hanging off, sink had no drain plug, elevator sounded like it was going to drop at any moment and did not seem well maintained, breakfast was not replenished well. DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY! I definitely won’t be staying here again we had a terrible experience with the hotel and their dirty, unmade and unsanitary rooms. The first room we were put in was extremely dirty with trash, items in the fridge, a dirty bathroom, ironing board out. it was completely unmade and extremely dirty. We complained and were told by the front desk attendant that it was just “bad housekeeping”.
