Disappointing The staff was very helpful. But the room had dirty wet underware in it, with pieces of pizza sausage. The front desk immediately moved us into a clean room after bringing the items down to her. That was very nice. I just wish it would not have happened. The general manager.
Bad Did not stay more than a few hours of my 4-day reservation. Several cockraches of multiple sizes, and generally not clean (shower and sinks were clogged, colored drink splashes were on the tub sides above the level of the floor, the shower + sink fixtures were tarnished and not cleaned). Did not stay to learn of anymore. Courteous and professional staff.

Disappointing Area around the hotel, no views, lack of cleanliness, outdoor pool was dirty/ unavailable. Location...close to Caverns.
I do not care to stay again Tv did not work and staff could not get it fixed. There were stains on mattress saw when sheets came off, sheets did not fix bed correctly. Front desk staff was friendly
Hace falta limpieza en cuanto a habitaciones y alberca Al llegar nuestro cuarto era el primero en planta baja. Muy sucio la alfombra llena de pelos de gato o perro. Igual el baño. Asi que decidimos hacer que nos cambiaran de habitacion. La siguiente habitacion ya estaba mucho mejor en tercer piso Las camas comoda . Desayuno completo y agradable era un desayuno caliente.
