Good When I inquired about poor Wifi to a staff in the front desk, I could get a phone number of network company. You may deal with any problem related to hotel facilities by yourself. Good breakfast Kind staff in the dinning room Coin laundry (Washer and dryer) - they were extremely helpful for us.
Decent but kinda out of date and felt cheap. Noise of heater, couldn’t figure out blinds, location Good breakfast wonderful check-in girl, nice housekeeping staff

Exceptional Room was small but the hotel is in an older building and has been noticeably renovated. The construction that is going on in the area is annoying It was comfortable and the location was excellent. The location, the accommodations and the staff. It wants more than one sentence so here's another one.

Exceptional Leider ist direkt vor dem Hotel eine Baustelle, an der es zu sehr starkem Lärm kommt. Auch nachts bis halb 4 war noch ein lautes Geknalle zu hören. Die guest laundry war relativ teuer mit 2 Dollar pro Maschine. Sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal, toller Komfort.
Good The parking garage was difficult to locate because there was no signage. Desk clerk directed us to go the wrong way to get to the garage so we couldn't pull up directly in front of the code box making it necessary to get out of the car to put the code in.
