Good No parking available even though online they advertised that there would be parking. When we arrived to find no parking the employee didn’t have any suggestions as to where we could find parking in a garage or somewhere nearby. This was especially frustrating because it was already dark outside and we were in a city we weren’t familiar with. The room and hotel were nice, clean. Nice staff.
Nice stay in the downtown. I had a problem with WI-FI , however everything was done in order to help me with the issue. The location was very good. I was really impressed by staff and their willingness to help and resolve any issues that may come up. Plus bonus is the breakfast.
Very Good Construction across the road. Although it was a bit entertaining as well. Location is good. About 15 min walk from many attractions.

Close to Space needle and restaurants. Excellent budget hotel. Construction noise outside could be disturbing if you wanted to sleep in, an incentive to get up and go sightseeing. Very happy with size and cleanliness of room. Excellent for a budget hotel.
Excellent Breakfast was poor. I’m very disappointed that only paper dishes and plastic knives and plastic forks are provided. I stayed in a room 704. It was clean.

Nice hotel, great value, in a nice area of Seattle. The sound proofing between the units was a little light. We could hear the upstairs guests if they spoke louder than a normal conversation level. The staff were pleasant but did not go out of their way to help you. Hotel was in a great area of Seattle, lots of nice areas to visit with a short walk. Parking was very reasonable and safe, never had a concern about theft. The beds were comfortable and clean, room was clean and functional.
