Very Good Not very quiet during the night, because of the traffic on Denny Way and also maybe ventilation of the office building behind. But it's expected for a hotel in downtown. The location is convenient. And the whole day parking at $15 in downtown area is of great value. We parked our car in the hotel and walked around to the attractions.
Pleasant Had to wait a long time at check-in. Having to pay extra for parking was annoying and not communicated on the website. Paying over $300 for one night seemed crazy but we don't stay in Seattle often so maybe that's a good rate? The noise from a generator or construction work was pretty loud although when the door was closed, it wasn't too bad. Waffles were great for breakfast! Room was clean and fairly big.
Exceptional I would have enjoyed a deeper bathtub. I enjoyed this hotel, we had a balcony and even tho directly across the street was a construction area, to the right was a perfect view of the space needle! The bed was comfy and breakfast was delicious!

Downtown Seattle La Quinta The price went up drastically for the time we were in Seattle. Great location. The location and breakfast were great. The staff was helpful and polite.
