Good It is currently in the middle of several major building projects so noisy and dusty. But we were given a room at the back so it didn’t impact on sleep. To be honest the whole of Seattle is one big building site! Location was great. Room large. Daily servicing good.

Fantastic! The staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and you can’t beat the location. We were able to walk to transit center and Space Needle.
Enjoy your stay! You are downtown next to Denny park which is a dog park, lots of homeless people roaming the area. If you plan on walking, especially alone at night, I would recommend thinking about driving or taking a taxi. If you don't want to be right in front of a construction zone you want to stay somewhere else - Amazon is building again on several sites around the area including right across the street. Awesome Breakfast starts at 6:30. I asked to start earlier to get drink or fruits one day before but not accepted. If they accepted this, I would rate 10! The place stands behind the Amazon-Go. In front of the hotel is under construction so daytime seems noisy.
Excellent Parking was in the basement, not a lot of spaces, and had tight, small spaces (not great for big SUV's) If you arrive late, "parking is on your own" according the desk clerk Great value for downtown Seattle
Exceptional Parking is compact. Clean. Close to everything. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Would stay again.
