Very Good Construction across the road. Although it was a bit entertaining as well. Location is good. About 15 min walk from many attractions.

Close to Space needle and restaurants. Excellent budget hotel. Construction noise outside could be disturbing if you wanted to sleep in, an incentive to get up and go sightseeing. Very happy with size and cleanliness of room. Excellent for a budget hotel.
Excellent Breakfast was poor. I’m very disappointed that only paper dishes and plastic knives and plastic forks are provided. I stayed in a room 704. It was clean.

Nice hotel, great value, in a nice area of Seattle. The sound proofing between the units was a little light. We could hear the upstairs guests if they spoke louder than a normal conversation level. The staff were pleasant but did not go out of their way to help you. Hotel was in a great area of Seattle, lots of nice areas to visit with a short walk. Parking was very reasonable and safe, never had a concern about theft. The beds were comfortable and clean, room was clean and functional.

Great location. Least $ for the area It’s our dated... some mold in the corners and crazy construction- which can’t be helped. Also sirens all through then night... which can not be helped The front desk staff were nice and the cleaning folks were really helpful and kind. The location was great and there’s a whole food around the corner for all your coffee and food needs. Also a park across the street for the kids
