Poor The room was gross. Noises all night long keeping the whole family awake and kept waking up the baby. The location was perfect

I didn't get to stay because Booking.com didn't make the reservation. What I liked - was the assistant general manager and how accommodating she tried to be for me. When I arrived there was no reservation in their system due to Booking.com not completing it. And the hotel was sold out by that point. I had no where to stay and she repeatedly called Booking.com to have them resolve the situation. However, they didn't - and after offering an accommodation that would NOT fit my needs they offered me $27.12 for my troubles. I am ... read more
Disappointing The rooms refrigerator and heater/ac made rumbling noice throughout the night. The nightstand had water damage inside and the drawer won’t stay shut. The location and price was ideal.
