Disappointing First room was not clean or maintained. Tv did not work there was not a screen on the sliding patio door and carpets were dirty and in need of repair. They moved us to another room without a balcony and there was no cost adjustment. Included Meal is not a Buffett like all of the others in the hotel chain. This one serves you frozen meals. Staff was basically very nice

Disappointing
Poor Construction noises all night long Did not get much sleep
Fair I need a gluten and dairy free diet so we did not stay for the continental breakfast, no options. No pillows for the pull out bed in the room, but we got in at 1 am and it took a long time to get pillows. They brought the entire bedding set, not needed. Hotel was just OK.
Downtown location, tidy unit, decent breakfast. Coffee was not good. There was no kettle or tea. Water pressure was low. Check in only around 4pm as stated. Located downtown but on the far end. A good 15 minutes walk from light rail. Breakfast was good.
Fair We stayed at this hotel because it came with free breakfast but advertised on there page it was supposed to be a full breakfast eggs bacon sausage potatoes what we got was jimmy Dean sandwiches to put in the microwave and some pre-wrapped muffins
It's acceptable for 1 night if you REALLY want/need to stay in downtown Our room (2 Queen beds) needs renovation and new furniture. Chairs are old and ripped, a drawer in a dresser was with a heavy water damage, ceiling and door in the bathroom had ugly rotten stains. Breakfast was way below our expectations: prepacked, frozen food, durty tables, croudy small space, people running into each other, trying to use only 2 available microwaves. Clean bed and roof over our heads and a price that was three times more than it should have been. The whole place needed a refresh. The "free" breakfast was a sorry display of stale... The room was clean but dated. Carpet. tile and walls need to be replaced and painted.

Based on reviews, we stayed here one night before our cruise. Do not recommend unless you have very low standards. Lobby was dark, outdated, and smelled bad. The included breakfast was cereal, waffles, and microwave eggs. Room had been updated. Bed was comfortable. Good location. Staff was friendly.
