Too loud You hear dumpsters being slammed all day and night. Too loud to get a good nights sleep Clean, friendly staff
Okay Construction. I would not have booked this room if I had known I wouldnt be able to sleep in. There was no notice of construction when I booked.
Overcharged Overcharged and they are not readily fixing this. Booking price was $110 and charged $147. The female staff was great, the gentleman there seemed to busy to answer questions. The room was spacious.
We won't be back. there are other places in Seattle to stay where you don't risk your car getting sc The water took a long time to heat...but once it did, it was either lukewarm, or boiling hot. You talked a l,ot about free WI-FI...except it didn't work. "oh, we had the guy troubleshoot, but..." The beds were nice, BUT: I am very short, and I could not get onto the bed easily. We're not all six-fotters, you know. You didn't even have a step stool.
Disappointing The room was so-so because it is directly across the street from a construction site and the room has only two narrow blackout curtains over a full room width of windows. The whole room was 'lit' by the lights from across the street... Breakfast was good.
Very Poor It smelled bad. It's in a bad location. The place was burning up it's like they didn't know how to run the air conditioner. It says it's pet friendly but they won't let you leave your pets alone in the hotel room not even in a kennel. There was no way to get a drink if you didn't have a debit card cuz they won't charge it to your room and you have to have a debit card to get a drink. The cleaning lady took all of my shampoos and hair brushes and and other toiletries that I brought with me and picked my back up and ... read more
良いロケーションでリーズナブル 2人で寝るにしては、若干ベッドが小さいように感じた。 ダウンタウンへも徒歩圏内であり、アマゾン本社/amazon goにも近い。全体的に極めてリーズナブルな感じ。
Okay There was only one staff member that wasn't rude and full of attitude, all the others just baffled me with their terrible attitude and poor customer service. This is the cheapest hotel in "downtown" Seattle for a reason. The neighborhood is bad and dirty. You definetly get what you pay for. The rest of the staff, maids and breakfast staff were very nice and accomadating but that front staff needs to be completely replaced. The room was surprisingly bigger than I expected and breakfast was included. The KITCHEN and HOUSE... read more
