Very old building, some sketchy characters around, but convenient location The location, while central, was sketchy at times. There were homeless-looking characters constantly at the front of the hotel, some of them even staying at the hotel. The characters hoard breakfast for a crew in the mornings. It was very suspicious. The building, the amenities, and the hallways were extremely old. I would've imagined better quality from a Wyndham hotel. Free breakfast, walkable to a lot of attractions, convenient.

Poor Directly outside our balcony was a mass construction site. Work started at 5.00 a.m. every morning. Staff very unhelpful. Rooms at the property were quite old. Housekeeping staff knocked on the door early every morning. The breakfast was ok.

Staff was great, room was wanting. Room was dated. Kind of beat up & run down. Musky smell throughout 7th floor & especially in room. Air conditioner was inadequate for size of room. Wasn't worth $313/night. It's close to pier 91 where we catch our cruise ship.

Too expensive for what you get The hotel is very outdated, old horrible carpet, chipping out furniture and noisily mini fridge. The worst was the bed, that kept making sneaky noises when I moved. In spite of requesting it to be fixed or exchanged, nothing happened. Great location, super friendly staff

No vale la pena Primero que las habitaciones no las arreglan hasta las 4 de la tarde! si vuelves antes no estará lista así hayas dormido la noche anterior! el desayuno, muy malo, no hay nada, solo cereal y waffles. Otra cosa importante fue que reserve para 4 adultos y 1 niño y no había cama para el niño! nos toco dormir casi en el piso. la ubicación y la comodidad de las camas

Everything was great, but checkout ruined it for me I went down to the front desk 30 minutes before checkout, I asked if we could have a little more time we weren't feeling well overslept. Weren't feeling well, we were NOT hungover. Was told no, another room already asked. She gave us 15 extra minutes to checkout. The day before I overheard at least 4 or 5 rooms late check-out.
