Exceptional Awesome staff .great location
I had a very nice stay. The air conditioner / heater was a bit loud. Traffic could be heard with the windows closed. I wear ear plugs to sleep anyway so I was not disturbed at night. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Had a fridge and microwave. I really liked the Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner provided. Very close to the airport. Short walk to Denny's.

I like staying here. I like the one block walk to the restaurant there which is excellent. The bathroom was not totally clean. The floor was clean up to the baseboard, but much collected grime was all around the base near the wall. I liked the shuttle to and from the airport. It is very close. I also liked the refreshment bar available 24/7 The young receptionist was outstanding.
Good Was woke up to someone in the parking lot playing there music extremely loud ( the base ) Hr later car alarm. Needless to say got very little sleep. Ridiculous Staff was great Thank you

Except for credit-card problem, the staff were helpful and the shuttle to the airport was timely. Apparently there was a problem at check-in, because I was awakened late at night to go down and give the front desk a second credit card for the room charge. trip from and back to the airport went smoothly and was one of the reasons I selected the hotel
