The value and the shuttle were great, as was the morning staff. The entire place needs a cleaning. See above. And the bus driver (a man) was a little cranky and would start driving while you were still trying to get your seat - not safe. The property was well maintained, though a little dirty in the rooms, around the light switches and doors. I would stay there again We came in to Seattle in the early afternoon and you have not shuttle to the airport at that time. You need to let people know that when booking. We had very good front desk staff. Your shuttle driver were very good

Average quality for reasonable amount of money Half of the facilities are out of order. Washing machine, pool, spa, treadmill, juice dispenser. Only one washing machine for the entire hotel and it's out of order. In addition, based on attached paper it looks like it's broken already for several weeks/months. Based on review I expected more. Covid type of breakfast. They exchanged our room for trolley accessible since we had a lot of baggage.
great Everything was just fine. Staff great. Front desk Marsha was super as were the rest of the staff. Dee was the housekeeper on floor 6 and she did an impeccable job as the entire room was super clean. When I stay in a hotel, the first thing I do is use a black light for bugs and human fluids. All was absolutely perfect and cleaner than 4-5 star hotels. The only red flag was the carpeting but that cannot be helped. Just wear socks or slippers. Very happy customer.
