Bed was comfy, thank you New shuttle driver Shuttle driver! A bit of a maniac. Literal road rage style confrontation with another shuttle driver. Stopping on the busy hwy to provoke while laughing, then many undue lane changes to continue his "fun" he kept checking to see if we were entertained... we were stunned. What could we say to him!? Not about to argue given his delight in a road war while on the job! Then dropped us at the wrong airline and said "close enough" His job, get us where we need to be safely. Shuttle service to and from airport made the stay worthwhile. Noises from streets nearby. Unable to rest. Not aware that breakfast was included. Shuttle service was spot on!!

Very Good The staff was super helpful and kind. At lobby and also the shuttle drivers, Walter and Marcia. Room and bed were comfortable, and all looked clean.
Good The waffle irons for breakfast were not visible when we chose our breakfast items at first. They are kind of "hidden" in the alcove, and we didn't see them until we sat down with our bagels etc.
Good The bed pillows were lumpy & uncomfortable The airport shuttle driver was very friendly & helpful
