Very Good The staff was super helpful and kind. At lobby and also the shuttle drivers, Walter and Marcia. Room and bed were comfortable, and all looked clean.
Good The waffle irons for breakfast were not visible when we chose our breakfast items at first. They are kind of "hidden" in the alcove, and we didn't see them until we sat down with our bagels etc.

Clean room and friendly staff Nothing The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and the driver was nice. My husband and I were very satisfied.
