Cleanliness suspect but bedding nice. Room wasn’t cleaned on microwave and surfaces next to bed. Could use some upgrades as bathroom and carpeting were pretty rough. Bed and linens were comfortable and clean

Great staff Rooms need a remodel, but still very clean. There were less than desirable characters hanging around outside doing drugs behind the Denny’s next door. The staff was great. Very accommodating. The bed was comfortable; the water pressure in the shower was perfect, and the room was large. Right next door to Denny’s and Jack in the Box. There’s a Teriyaki eatery and 7-11 3 blocks up the street.

We like the great service and accommodations. But the COVID restrictions made it difficult this time COVID restrictions! I know if there weren't any restrictions, our stay would have been amazing. We missed the free breakfasts and the daily cleaning services. My husband had to find a dumpster and took out our own trash. The location of the hotel was very convenient for my family. Amazing Staff I appreciated the staff. They were super helpful and their shuttle helped a lot. I came back to the US from Korea and needed a ride and working phone, and they were able to accommodate me and made sure I wasn’t lost on my lonesome.
Good value for the money Curtain had a tear in it Room went well as well as checking in and out
Very pleasant stay with our dog. Free airport shuttle service, a good size room even with our dog, somewhat good amount of eateries to do take out from, staff were very friendly and nice, free laundry facility, everything we needed was there. Bus stop very nearby. We saw Steam Master Company cleaning carpets and it shows that they take good care of the hotel. Dog designated release area with bags and a bin was very thoughtful.
