Pleasant The room was not clean and was also very worn. Beds had no bounce, just sag. Exterior property was dirty with trash everywhere. It was pet friendly so my sister’s dog was happy.

Nice Above. I like most of my stay and would enjoy staying again. On the morning of my departure the gentleman at the was not very pleasant. I ask for a breakfast bag an he said not until 7:am. He than left and went up the stairs behind the counter. A fea minutes later a mother employee ask me if I received my breakfast bag. I told that person no. The employee went got me a breakfast bag. Very kind gesture.
Good The room was nice, I wasn't told that we wouldn't have room the beds made and fresh towels, except by request. The fifth floor ice machine was broken. We kept missing t free breakfast
I would stay here again but try to not fly in between noon and 4pm as there is no shuttle service. No shuttle service from noon to 4pm. Had to walk which wouldn't have been bad but we had a lot of bags this time. Walked because of pet and transportation like taxis normally won't take them. Beds were comfy and the hotel has been kept up nicely. Could tell its an older building but the work done has been tastefully done to keep it competitive. Okay, but only for the bed and location. Exterior had no ramp to roll luggage, carrie up porch steps Facility was too warm in halls and common areas. Very worn furniture, carpets, etc. No warm food or toast for breakfast. Not even a toaster for pastry or muffins--that you had to get in a bag at reception. friendly staff...good bed and pillows
