Stolen from and crappie. The man at the desk was on the phone. So we waited our turn. Once off the phone we walked up and said who we were. The phone rang again and he answered it without acknowledging us. Finally another woman came out and people walking in the door made it to her before us. The man still on the phone. Waited again and he finally motioned for us to approach. He made me give him my credit card and I said I paid already. He said no you didn’t. Ran my card and gave us a key. Only stayed one night and suppose to get credit for two nights. Still waiting for credit or refund. Renovation
Old, dirty and sketchy men hanging around the entrance day and night. I would never stay there again. The place was dirty and outside the front entrance there were about ten men hanging around all the time and even helped themselves to breakfeast in the morning. The place was filthy outside the front entrance and the inside. The hallways to the rooms were old and warn. The hotel even overcharged me for my rooms!!!! I didn’t like anything about the property!
Don’t book there After waiting two hours at SeaTac for a shuttle to the hotel, we were finally (after repeated assurances that “it will be there shortly”) told it wasn’t coming. We went to another hotel.
It worked The place was being remodeled. Not a great neighborhood. Probably should get rid of the oool. The breakfast was really minimal The room
Location-good, room-good, staff-good, breakfast-okay, hotel conditions-old, Phone numbers listed for shuttle pick up were useless as no one answered. Attempted numerous times before I discovered a good number to the hotel front desk and they were excellent in getting the shuttle to the airport to pick me up. Staff was helpful to contact shuttle driver to pick me up at the airport and go to hotel so I could check in.
unfortunately we were so disappointed we changed hotels The hotel is very uncomfortable. I hope after the renovations we were told about happen this changes. Breakfast was a Jimmy Dean sandwich that was heated and cereal. No hot food or options. the staff was very nice and accommodating
