Very Poor The bedroom was in terrible condition. The beds were absolutely disgusting. We were stranded here due to a layover, and I booked this place based on the positive reviews and appealing pictures. Unfortunately, the reality was a world away from what was promised in the reviews and photos. Dove soap in the rest room

Horrible The comforter and bed spread were dirty! The mattress had dirt on it. The mattress also had a dip in the middle. The staff were extremely rude. I told them about the bedding and they said ikay we will fire the housekeepers. WHAT THE HECK? Nothing

I was disappointed by this experience and and have already shared my feelings with others. The shuttle from the airport was my main complaint. I called the 1-800 number that you supplied, but that was a no-go. In the end I took a $21 cab to the hotel. I mentioned this to the night clerk, but she gave me a cheeky response that I should have used some other number. My room was adequate, but extra blankets would have made my stay warmer and more comfortable. Also, the bed sheets were pilled and need to be replaced.
If you just need a place to stay for one night by the airport, this is adequate and will meet your need. Staff was okay. Not very trained in customer service although shuttle drivers were very friendly. Desk staff not very friendly. Great location. Very close to airport and there are fast food restaurants located around the area. Nice enough facility but a lot of construction for which they gave advance notice.
