Bad Todo Nada
Didn't feel clean or safe. I wasn't made aware the place was going to be under renovations and the elevators were non functional. Side door to the hotel wide open in the day, the door's window smashed and the place was dirty and didn't feel safe. It's close to the airport.
Bad Was not prepared for learning that this property is under full construction Nothing g worked from the elevator which Ito be fair I was warned about. But the heat didn't work The coffee pot was filled with sheet rock dust and the lid was broken rendering it unusable. I took a quick shower to warm up and found the towels where also covered in the sheet rock dust The staff was wonderful friendly and efficient
Could have been a better experience if the staff was more inviting To offset the many disappointment No internet connection, staff was uninviting and had us waiting at the Sea-Tac train for about an hour before we walked back to hotel , hotel was undergoing remodeling and we weren’t notified until a few days before arrival not enough time to look for other accommodations as the elevator was down entire stay as well
Should be closed during building work The hotel is in the middle of rebuilding and should be closed during this period. There are no elevators, the reception area is a building site and they only offer breakfast bags. The room had a roof
I would not recommend a stay there at this time. The hospitality worker that checked us in did not seem very approachable. It seemed as we were bothering her even though I paid for early check-in. I understand the elevators were not working but we had 5 suitcases we should have been offered assistance in bringing them up the stairs. Our room door did not lock from the inside. Maybe it will be better when renovations are done Renovations going on , no elevator, keys did not work on door
Horrible communication. No one told us there was no elevator and our room was on the 5th floor. No one there to help us haul our luggage up to our room Didn’t have the meal. Didn’t know about it
Bad Pesimo, al momento de hacer la reserva el hotel no tenia la informacion que estaba en remodelacion, no funcionaban los elevadores, habia que subir por las escaleras de emergencia y nos querian dar una habitacion en el 4to piso! Eramos 9 personas con 2 maletas cada uno. Era una locura. Cuando le haciamos pregunta a la muchacha en un escritorio, por que ni recepcion tenian, ella no nos decia nada. No teniamos donde dejar las maletas no nada.
