Pleasant Dirty shower with hair, dark smudges on floor that rinsed away with water, pink mold in corners of shower floor and around shower door handle. Not much ch choice for breakfast. No protein, all carbs Staff very friendly and helpful

Good only for one night stay would not recommend Very poor breakfast facility needs renovation Access to SeaTac and rental car facility with a very good shuttle service

Stay somewhere else Everything room reeked of dog and cat pee. Very disappointed with staff and service - would never recommend Nothing- put in pet room and I am allergic to dogs- was told by night mgr that’s all they had- I made this reservation over 7 months ago and requested a non pet room - with eyes swollen shut day mgr was a total jerk and was very sarcastic- Elevator to floor was broken and had to walk up stairs-!being handicapped this also was an issue

Never again! The bed was a lumpy sagging mess. Check-In was as expected. Timely and correct.

Our stay was OK since we were catching an early flight and didn't need the toilet. The toilet was clogged and didn't flush well. The hallways were dimly lit and gloomy. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Smelled Strongly Like Wet Dogs Our room had been freshly shampooed and smelled strongly of dog. We had our dog with us, but the smell was overwhelming. We always stay here because of of chihuahua and its pet friendly. Its a nice hotel. They should have let the room's carpet dry thoroughly orior to booking it. It could have used odor neutralizer.
