Need to train your shuttle staff! The staff driving the shuttle never came in the lounge to announce his readiness. In the past the person has always come inside. At 6:15 I was getting worried and told the desk girl. Turns out the driver was sitting in the van waiting for us to come to him. We went out and other than loading our suitcases he did nothing to help. We had to open the door to get in AND to get out. He did not stand there to help us(I am 82 and have a bad hip) we had to remove our own suitcases. I don't think thi... read more

Not worth the money The shower was dirty and the floor was chipped up, the carpet made me feel like I needed to wear shoes and for $140 that was a motel 8 value never again!! The staff was helpful and friendly
Terrible Filthy room, very uncomfortable beds, loud heater. The staff was nice, the facility and the room were filthy

What a dump! Dirty, old, elevator out of service, construction in lobby. Comfortable bed.

Good The check in front desk gal was grumpy. The next morning however Lisa was very pleasant and gave us a refund of 25$ because toilet in bathroom would fill and run every 20 minutes.
