Okay I have stayed at a few of your hotels and was generally impressed. This one my room was not very clean. Staff did not replenish the coffee or cups.

#hotelnightmare@booking.com Why would I pay full price for a hotel when only half of the things work? Checked in to find one of two elevators is down... the other elevator is slow and is expected to serve the guests as well as staff up and down 6 floors. So I wait and wait to ride up to my room on the sixth floor. Get there room is decent and fairly clean. Pleasant Left my sonic care toothbrush in bathroom, called about 4-5 hrs later but it was never returned,no calls, nothing!! Close to airport
