Very Good we could have used some Kleenex clean and convenient
The front desk staff was excellent. Dre went above and beyond despite being alone at the busy desk. All was perfect! Breakfast was offered too late for us to partake since we had a very early flight.
Good location. Front desk service was average. They all did the job but not with a lot of enthusiasm. Made us feel like we were bothering them. Carpets everywhere need refresh. Location. Super close from the airport and light rail train station to go downtown. Room was clean and the beds were confortable.
Not smokeless Even though clearly posted SMOKE FREE. FOUND Strong SMELL AND BUTT BY ELEVATOR HALLWAY. Smell in room too Convenient to airport
Pleasant room had a stall smell breakfast, and close to airport
