Great location but staff were rough…. upon arrival the elevators were broken and we were placed in a room on the 4th floor, far from ideal due to the luggage we had with us. We had to use the emergency stair well to access our floor and the stair well stunk of urine….After checking in we went to go and get some food and come into the main reception to the welcome clerk and ground staff arguing and exchanging profanities … didn’t make for a very good impression the location to the airport
Pleasant See above comment. Getting the shuttle from LAX to the property took 90 minutes, after the call. But the staff was very apologetic and transparent about the reasons.

Pleasant The hotel was older, well maintained but well worn. The elevator appeared to be leaking oil everywhere, and the continental breakfast was thin and the selection was limited. Location was super convenient, the shuttle service was comfortable and the drivers friendly, desk clerk was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. And there were a lot of places to plug in your devices readily available without having to move anything there were 9 plugs and 6 USB ports within reach of the bed.
Great location friendly staff Room cleanliness. Found food in the room fridge when we checked in. Good
