great for people traveling with dogs in or out of Seattle the beds are a little small but still comfortable. after the first night we notice that the door didn’t locked. when we told the front desk they immediately switched our room, although the manager told this room shouldn’t have been issued as they already knew about the problem. we really liked the airport shuttle, the breakfast was well stocked (continental)
Your Lobby needs some of furniture replaced, it looks worn and tattered. To equal the quality of y The shuttle to the airport ended @ 11.30 Sat. Our plane was schedueled to leave @ 2:40, we paid 20.00 to get to the airport by taxi. Check out time was !:00 pm. I feel I should get a refund. You advertise free shuttle service to the airport. I think I am entitled to a refund for the taxi.
Cozy and convenient lay-over on the way home Proximity and the shuttle service to Sea-Tac, hotel staff, cleanliness are all huge pluses!
