Excellent location for easy access to nyc, hotel a bit worn. Staff excellent but under staffed. Needed more staff on at breakfast. More toasters, more waffle makers. Not being able to swim without someone else being there. Good location for the local bus to NYC. Buffet style, cereal, bagels, muffins, waffles. Eggs. Juice, coffee tea. Exceptional
Better than expected, with some minor annoyances. The key cards didn’t work, so they gave us a new room. We (family of 5) had to go from the 9th floor back to the lobby with all of our bags to get the new cards for the new room - which ended up also being on the 9th floor. I would’ve preferred that she met us at the room with the key. She was very nice, but this was just a little annoyance. The next issue I had was breakfast.
