just needs improvements but definitely has potential. only one elevator waiting for more than 5 mins to get on to get to our room. elevator of course was packed out. rooms had no comforters just sheets. breakfast was ok, just a quick bite so it’s ok. when we got to room there was a puddle of water in bathroom luckily we saw it before using it; told the girls in the front they took care of it right away. except one girl dark skin blonde very short hair she was rude and unprofessional. we asked her coming back in if leak was t... read more
