This hotel is good for a pit stop or a day at the pool with the kids. The lamp in the living room area didn’t work. the microwave was giving issues. it would work then stop. we had to unplug it for like 10 minutes in order for it to come back on again. The bathroom Mirror was gross right when we walking into our suite. The pool was about the best thing about this hotel- spacious and heated.

Comfortable, clean room, close to NYC Building inside getting somewhat rundown, could use some remodeling. Also, signs note vending machines (snacks and drinks) on multiple floors but only in lobby at front desk currently. Evening front desk staff member Pedro was great! Very helpful, calm under pressure with lots of requests from guests and friendly. Housecleaning staff were great, tidying up our room daily with plenty of fresh towels. Close to NYC, we ended up driving in every day since it only took about half an hour each... read more
