Exceptional They only had water / soda/ snacks at the front desk after hours .. and it was 2$ per item , a bit high The property was clean , rooms spacious and staff very friendly and best of all dog friendly , they were all very nice to my Pitsky pup!

Exceptional Cant remember anything i didnt like Location was perfect..bus right in front of hotel took you to the port authority in nyc..free parking garage..restaurants in walking distance..staff helpful and friendly..room was clean..refrigerator and microwave in room was helpful..very nice..pool was good.. Lobby very pretty..we enjoyed our stay..good value..
Satisfied because if the breakfast and cleanliness ,Work to be done on the upgrading of the insidesn The aging state of the rooms hotel carpets curtains . The room door lock are old . The locks need to be changed . The room we were in the door is old on the 8th floor . The facility has to be upgraded from the inside .Showers , toilet bowls , curtains , carpets etc The staff attitude and friendliness , the room was clean so as the facilities in general at the hotel z .

Pleasant La sofa-lit était en piteux état. La piscine n'était pas tellement propre... Quand même pas mal de choix pour le déjeuner, mais le même buffet tous les matins. Énormément de déchets de plastique à usage unique! En 2019, on s'attend à ce que les établissements hôteliers prennent le virage vert, par exemple, fournir de vrais verres dans les chambres et non des verres de plasique que la femme de chambre va jeter et remplacer tous les jours, qu'il y ait de la vrai vaisselle et de vrai ustensils au buffet, des pompes pou... read more
Perfect family suite The suite was the perfect size for my family. Pool was decent . Hotel was nice and clean
