Quiet hotel not far from NYC Everything, staff was friendly, facilities are exactly what you pay for. I had very good suite attendant so room was clean and amenities properly refilled.

Exceptional It would’ve been nice if it had a hot tub. A shuttle to Times Square would’ve been great; but there is a bus stop across the street. The location was good and fair prices
Pleasant Staff wasn’t great. Asked to push check out to 1 pm due to flight beginning delayed a hour, front desk lady said I couldn’t not because they were booked ( on a Sunday) which was a lie because I went on the website and they still had a ton of room options. Wish I got her name Conveniently close , decent breakfast

Exceptional Very quiet and what we needed they had it. Laundry, pool, gym, very delicious breakfast.
Been here before, will stay again Check in staff had no personality, told me nothing & seemed irritated whe I asked basic questions. I had to ask where to park - in adjacent garage which does not belong solely to hotel - guests of hotel only allowed to park on 1st level - which you would not know without staff telling you, yet they did not - until I asked what parking situation was. Great stay in great location. We didn't see any showers in the pool area but may just not have seen them. Fridges had no freezer compartment. The beds were very comfortable. Our first two nights we didn't have a car but could easily get to the port authority us terminal on the 320 bus from over the road. The bus back stops almost at the door. The 3rd night I had a rental car. Parking was free and convenient. Breakfast was better than expected. An excellent choice of food. Receptionists very friendly and helpful.
Pleasant The mattress was too firm, I woke up sore each morning. Location. It’s a beautiful area in nj, next to several shopping and food outlets. We took the bus most of our vacation to and from nyc.
