Great Beds were very comfortable
Easy to get to Manhattan Tried to shower at 9 am and there was no hot water left. Pillows weren't comfortable. Perfect location for going into Manhattan. Catching the bus was so easy and convenient! Even on checkout day they allowed me to keep my car there until 3. Good breakfast, with some hot food items. More than the standard cardboard bagels and ceareal.
Good 2 min gående till bussen som åker direkt till nära Times Square.
Awesome Nöjd med hotellets plats. Direktbuss till Manhattan. Finns många restauranger o affärer runt hotellet. Poolen var bra, lagom skönt.

Pleasant My room key did not work. Went to front desk twice and had to wait for maintenance to fix the problem. Waiting in the hallway and asked staff if they can assist, she stated they always have problems with the door. Walked in the room and it was like a sauna. Maintenance had to quickly turn it off and I opened up the windows. Lastly, my son had to get his own bedding from front desk due to house keeping leaving for the evening. It was only 5p.m. Overall the rooms were clean. Location
