Pleasant The staff said they had a pool but never told me it was under consideration! When we arrived we they then let us know the pool wasn't working... that was one of the reasons I booked because of the pool for the kids... they were very disappointed The hotel was ok

Disappointing Supervisors or staff were trying to listen through the door .. also before I booked I asked front desk if it was ok for my family to do a little party ... they said yes .. they never called us and gave us a warning but the sure ahead bagged on the door like if they were cops and told us they are going to kick us out . We were not being loud at all

Exceptional We loved everything about this hotel The location was ideal, right outside the lobby was the number 320 bus which cost $3.80 to port authority bus station New York. The bus station port authority has a connected subway that took us to every part of the city in minutes. The hotel was very clean and lovely and warm on the coldest of December days. The Breakfast was ideal with a good selection to choose from. The hotel supplies tea and coffee free in the lobby all day and night, which was great for me and my husband... read more
I will never stay at that hotel Pool is not in service, breakfast is poor and cheap
