Je retournerais volontier si je devais retrouver dans le secteur Bonne prise en charge des clients. Ils ont appelé pour nous aviser que la piscine serait non accessible et ce sont excusés..........
One of my worst hotel stays. The person who checked me in didn't give me any information about the hotel at all. One of the elevators was broken. The pool was out of order. The rooms entry door was hard to open. The internet was hard to access due to multiple ssid names. The washroom had water leaking from the ceiling.

Рассчитывали на большее Отель старый, но вполне приличный. Бар, ресторан, бассейн - не работают. Судя по всему давно. Это и расстроило больше всего на самом деле. Персонал общается так, как будто вы ему что-то должны ( не все конечно, но пожилая женщина на ресепшн запомнилась особенно...). Завтрак - ничего особенного. Скудноват, но хоть что-то. Номер большой и относительно чистый. Рядом куча магазинов, до NYC недалеко
