Good Able to get a bus right info Times Square from right outside the hotel.
Good, but room for improvement. Parking was a challenge. There should be more parking spaces on the property. I had to go to the front desk to get a regular coffee packet which should have been placed in the room. I had to call the front desk to have the room cleaned. Some if the staff are not all that pleasant. Sent from my iPhone The location is convenient to get to New York City either by car or bus. There was easy access to nearby restaurants and stores .

Great value close to the city. The room was pretty clean other than a large stain on the floor :/ and dingy carpet. The staff was wonderful especially Angela at the front desk. Check in and out were easy and quick. Breakfast was better than most continental ones, had a waffle bar Bus right across the street to NYC. Took 20minutes
Good The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable thankfully my 16yr old son didn't complain too much. But we had to ask for extra pillows and a blanket which was in poor quality. The bar was not opened due to an event. The pool area was ok it could use a face lift but it was nice to have which is one reason we booked this hotel.

bien pour la piscine et la taille des chambres. Le matelas du canapé etait très fatigué. Donc ils nous ont monté un litd'appoint nous etion 3. Grande chambre, petit déjeuner sympa. Grand lit et lapiscine couverte.
