all was good except the two problems. I called down the phone next to the bed did not work. The fridge did not work. I wanted a wake up call. All the personal were very nice.

Great hotel. Everything was great. Anything we asked for was done very quickly. Great location. Some great shops nearby including supermarket. Bus stop just outside the hotel. Staff were great, rooms very clean and bed was very comfortable. Really good hotel.
Very Good The sofa bed was something to be desired. A new mattress or possibly a mattress pad would help. It would have been faster if both elevators had been working. The lady at the front desk at check in was awesome! She took the time to explain to us the sight seeing tours. Also was there to greet us in the morning and answer all of our questions regarding the public transportation back to the hotel.
experience truly annoying and stressful Our experience of our recent stay at La Quinta was truly annoying and stressful. The string of lack of professionalism and “get-lost” approach started when we arrived in our room. Water was dripping from the celling in the bathroom and the flor was flooded. It took quite a while to get a different room listening to comments like “we do not have any rooms left.” When we got home after the trip, I realized that we were charged twice for the same room.
