Comfortable stay close to the city. Could use some updating. We had a leak in our ceiling, though the staff was very courteous in taking care of it. The bathrooms especially need some renovating. Location was great - the bus stop is across the street and it takes you directly to Port Authority in NYC - one block from Times Square. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was also nice, though simple. Overall me and my family really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable place.

Vcelku vpohode, až na koupelny. Koupelny jsou zastarale, zažloutlé, Plastová vana, no humus. postel byla perfektní, umístěni hotelu, vzhledem k tomu, ze jsem často dojizdel autem bylo dobre.
Good stay, great value and excellent location. One of the elevators broke down the last day of our stay. Fortunately we were onthe 5th floor, so it wasn't too bad. staff was friendly and accomodating, room comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast was good.
Not again One elvator was working, they had just two toasters, half of each one was working cheap
Disappointing El trato y el poco servicio al turista, no lo guían La sra que atiende es muy antipática, el chico que habla español fue mucho más amable y servicial. Viaje para ver la final de la copa América, no tenían traslado al estadio (solo de ida y a la vuelta era complicado volver) lo vi alejado de todo y no se preocupan por ayudarte. El desayuno es pobre, no lo vale
Would stay again. Our complaints were minor. We had to ask to have our room serviced at 6:30 pm the first night we were there. The room accommodate 6, we were a party of 5. There was not enough seating for 5. Asked for an extra chair, any chair, didn't get it. Had to ask for extra towels every day. The room accommodates 6 but did not provide services for 5. The lobby and first floor were immaculate. The breakfast was all one could ask for. The location fit our needs perfectly. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Very Good
Fair The room was not perfectly clean. The windows did not block the noise from the I95. The pool was smaller than on the pictures in the internet and the water was heavily chlorined. The bus connection to NY port authoritiy bus terminal is very convenient. The breakfast was good.
