It was ok but I wanted a better stay The carpet was really smelly and I was told the pool stayed open until 12 when it closed at 10 and that was my purpose in staying at the hotel The location from American dream

Hat die besten Jahre hinter sich Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Mein Kollege kam eines Abends wieder und das Zimmer war gesäubert und alle Sachen waren weg. Es ist fast alles beim Housekeeping wieder aufgefunden worden, doch sowas darf auf keinen Fall passieren. Es war ein richtiger Schock. Ich kann das Hotel niemandem empfehlen der europäischen Standards erwartet.

Pero hotel que he reservado Hotel viejo, nuestra habitación tenía tapada la bañera, solicite se destapara 3 veces y no lograron hacerlo, esperando hasta casi las 11 pm, al segundo día se me cambia de habitación por la noche y le sonaba la alarma de humo, nuevamente me cambiaron de habitación, pero cabe recalcar que la señorita de la recepción tenía mala actitud ante la situación. Disappointing en 5 noches que estuvimos no hicieron limpieza ningún día, ni siquiera nos cambiaron las toallas. Las sabanas del sofá-cama estaban rotas, y la moqueta del suelo llena de manchas. Lo mejor(aunque no es un servicio del hotel) es el bus 320 que te lleva a New york en 30 min. El desayuno es aceptable pero siembre es lo mismo
