Not worth the money Hotel is in need of repair and paint. It’s very dated. Bathroom mirror and ceiling were peeling paint and our cabinet was broken. Hairdryer was broken. The hotel looked worn and neglected. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Decent, but overpriced Baby roaches in the bathroom, scattering whenever the lights were turned on. The signs said snacks were located on the second floor, and ice on 3rd and fourth, only to find out that all ice machines were broken, and there were very limited snacks for sale in the lobby (chips and candy bars). This property needs a renovation. The room did not get cleaned. We were there three nights. Location was good. Room was big.
It's fine for a quick stay. The hotel is run down. It needs an overhaul. The rugs are filthy. The bathroom had rust. The sink clogged in our room. It's just old. Needs to be remodeled The location and proximity to Metlife stadium. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. Simple but good. Bed was comfortable.
Totally disappointed. The pictures you have in the booking are not representative of the place. 1. The place is run down and all furniture is dated and even faded and uncomfortable 2. The common areas are not kept. Some bathrooms are not working. Ice machines don't work 3. The breakfast area needs improvement The hotel is lucky to have a staff person like Pedro Rafael Gonzalez. He was very helpful and made every possible effort to make a positive impression of the place. Special "thank you" to him
