Terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. Overpriced The towels were dirty, carpet and sofas had white stains on it and there was a horrible smell. Very outdated. What topped it off was that there was no water in the morning. Had to check out without showering or brushing teeth. Absolutely disgusting. Staff not helpful at all in resolving issues. First and last time at a LaQuinta Thé property is not properly lit and it seems that there was no semblance of customer service after check in. The room was dull and dingy; there was dust on the lamps. No toiletries apart from a unbelievably small bar of Dove soap and travel size shampoo. There was no water, coffee, tea bags, creamer or anything else. Bad The room was clean It was nice but didn’t have signs about the pool closing at certain time couldn’t help me when the pool is the reason I rented the room because I had my son this weekend and hanvt seen him
It was comfortable and very friendly The mold in room ceiling had my wife sick every day but we managed. The door needs adjusting to close tightly. Breakfast was great. Fresh everyday. the staff on all shifts we extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable about different places around the city. The room was very spacious.
My first bad experience with booking.com The fact that I'm still being charged when my info was never put into the system. Someone else had to reserve the room The hostess accommodated me because my reservation through booking.com was not in the system.

Mais a chaque annee, l'hotel est un laisse-alle complet: bain rouille, tapis, meubles et chaises en decomposition. Les tables et chaises dans le salle pour dejeuner sont chambranlants et lee memes depuis 20 ans. Bad experience We had a leaking in the bathroom, we reported the issue to the front office but they never fixed it, they didn't even care to come and check it, very poor customer service. Also, the furniture in the rooms and lobby is super worn, dirty and old. I don't understand how they don't even replace the lobby furniture! The location
Poor Alot. No service at all. Dirty towels not collected or replaced throughout the 10 nights we were there. No toilet paper unless we collected from reception. Customer service was lacking massively. Letter stating pool usage and swim school was wrong considering we only got to use the pool once because of the swim school. The pool needs to be cleaned.
