Fair Nothing It wasn't clean the bathroom and the carpet had a stain
Subpar Bed were hard, and room was too warm, despite the air conditioning. There was no parking, they spots they had were are full. The room was subpar. OK it was safe and that's great. But, lack comfort. Safe area, pool open

A little disappointed Our door was broken. No lock bar on the inside. We asked for a joining rooms or rooms together. Upon check in we were told that was not possible. Why confirm it if you can't accommodate? Instead we were floors apart. Thank goodness we were all adults. If I needed the room because of kids I would have been very upset. Staff was super nice
Will never stay there again. Lobby smelled bad, dirty, hotel is dated furniture in lobby is old and dirty, rooms are old and out dated. Air purified in room was dirty and very loud. The bed was comfortable and the linen were clean. Staff as nice.
Customer Service/ Room and infrastructure The property was very poorly run and the establishment wasn’t that clean. My sheets had yellow stains the building itself needs to be worked on. Parking and location form my venue, I called to see if early check in was available I was told yes if I paid 30 additional dollars. I was excited about that because I was driving with toddlers from Boston and o wanted to get them settled before we had to go to the venue. Fair The bagged breakfast was pretty sad but I guess considering that COVID 19 is still around. Still though, could have been better.
