Do not recommend! Photos of hotel do not represent the true condition of hotel! The line was long in the lobby for checkout because guests were also complaining about the facility. The building is old and run down. Our door to our room had a piece of wood glued to it because the door was once broken and that was their repair! The key reader took several times to register the key. We had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed and for our family which is great if the rooms were in good shape. Disappointing
This stay wasn't up to par! I had a 3 night stay. Had to switch rooms on the 2nd day because AC was not working. I had already unpacked everything! AC worked in new room but was EXTREMLY LOUD!! Also sink was stopped up and there was popcorn on the floor underneath the sofabed. Location is gerat. Easy access to Manhattan via NJ Transit bus stop across the street. Comfortable bed. Helpful front desk!

Disappointing The breakfast Was very disappointing, never had hot coffee, our room flooded with water from a room above us , the smell of mold , couldn’t have my daughter sweet 16 sip and paint because we had to move rooms with no view that was the whole purpose of the trip wasted money on items we couldn’t use The view of the Empire State Building and public transportation
It could have been better but overall satisfactory as far as being convenient to everything. The breakfast was terrible. Considering that most COVID restrictions have been lifted, the restaurant should be reopened and for the money we paid a hot breakfast would have been nice. The hotel in itself could use a renovation/update, the rooms are outdated and there was a burn hole in my sheets. The staff were very friendly. Room service was consistent and prompt.

It started off good and the pool was closed then they opened it and then it was closed for weekend. Our third day was the worst!!! We had Roaches in our room. Finally came out in the bathroom and I killed it! The manager Jerry Duva only credit us with one day. Most hotels would have credited our whole stay and hoped that we would come back!
