Pool was not open as the website said it would be. The air conditioner in the living room did not work Amenities did not work/closed. Staff
Pool is always closed Second time I’ve stayed and pool was closed always the same excuse. They over booked so they didn’t give me the room I booked but a smaller one and still charged me larger room price
Great area but a two star hotel not worth the price. Got to our room and the ac wasn’t blowing cold. Guy came up and said it was low on coolant. They made us go all the way down to the lobby to get a new key to be moved into another room which was right next door. Mind you we were on the 9th floor and still lugging our bags. Got to the new room and it was so hot. Took a few hours for that ac to cool off the room comfortably. The weather was about 98-100 degrees that day. I should be discounted. I didn’t like the fact that I always had to get a new set of room keys every time I came back from an outing. When I first checked in and couldn’t wait to get settled I noticed blood on my sheets and the ceiling looked like it was falling apart. I believe it was rm 712. I had to go back down and asked to be moved to another room. I was exhausted from my flights. That room was okay. I wish the ac was blowing stronger but maybe it was the heat outside. Breakfast was okay.
The morning lady at front desk need more customer service skill. Not pleasant at all. location Breakfast was terrible.

Disappointed for the cost No parking in the lot in front of the hotel, and there were several huge car-damaging holes in the parking lot there were hard to navigate. Alternate parking was in a dark underground lot in an adjacent bldg. Air conditioning in the sofa area didn't work in room 206. The outlet near the bed was broken. The ceiling of the shower began to leak heavily on our 2nd night in room 206. Carpets need cleaning. We had to see the front desk for ice.
