Fair All room and fixtures are old and worn out
Bad The breakfast was in a bag and absolutely terrible. The first room we were in smelled like mold & the carpet was soaked. The new room was fine with the exception of the ac in the room didn’t work well at all! Hot water took 10 mins to get hot. Pillows were like sleeping on nothing. The pool was big and clean. Room very spacious Customer service was great the guys are the front desk were very nice!

Very Poor There was no hot water the whole time and the food for breakfast was a joke . No hot coffee.
Disappointing My room was 911, took us a minute to find the room because there was no door number. We didn't have any soap or shampoo, JUST 2 bottles of hair conditioner. Everything was outdated, the TV frozen when there was a storm and the AC was super loud.
