I come to NYC a few times a year, always a different hotel.i would definitely consider staying here Spare blankets and pillows would have been nice to have in the room. The highlight of this establishment, and the MVP is PEDRO! He truly started my stay off to the best start with his commitment to customer service and making sure that the accommodations were up to the company standards. If ever the opportunity arises that he is considered for promotion, it should be given to him without delay.

整體設備較陳舊，但是床挺舒適，睡眠品質還不錯。飯店人員都很樂於幫忙，很感謝她們！ 設備較陳舊 位置很好，旁邊有很多大型店舖，還有好吃的義大利餐廳Olive Garden。
Great stay will stay again when we travel to tht area My room didn’t have hot water it was only luke warm and the key card to the door was messed up had to enter key into door multiple times before it opened Very great location staff was nice

Exceptional Breakfast is very good. Location is the best. Bus stop is?in front of the hotel.
Good The cleanliness was an absolute 0..... the carpet In my room was covered in VISIBLE dirt.... the shower did not have hot water..... the elevators sound SCARY.... Great location! Easy access to bus to the city Staff was extremely nice!
