The staff is helpful, but the breakfast and the facilities, especially the lobby area and elevator, need renovation. The hotel doesn't have a POS system or accept cash, so when we had an issue with our credit card, we had to wait until midnight for it to be resolved. Great location. Particularly for those who plan to visit New York City.

Very Good One of the elevators was out of service. Had to wait a long time to get it. We were on the 5th floor.

Calidad-precio No contaban con terminal, pero fuera de ahi 10/10 el hotel Personal muy amable, en especial la señora que me cobró, limpieza, desayuno, muy cerca de time square, bus a 4 usd hasta new york, excelente hotel
