Pleasant Location was great to get into NYC. The fixtures, decor, etc were run down, old lobby furniture, grimey looking corners and furniture in the bedrooms and bathrooms, our first room, the ac didn't work, second room it worked but was loud, turning on and off. Staff: 2 front desk and housekeeper were extremely nice and helpful. Would stay again just because of ease of getting into NYC.

Worth the stay, reasonably priced, but bathroom should be upgraded. Bath tub was rusting, toilet seat was loose, and fridge is too small, and parking needs better lighting in garage. The staff was top notched!! Well represented and very professional. The breakfast was GREAT!!

Pleasant The room could be better maintained. The door is hard to open; there is an obvious streak of rust stain in the shower tub; towels and bed linens look yellowish. The bus stop is conveniently located across the street of the hotel, and Bus#320 runs directly to the Port Authority in Manhattan for easy transfer to the subway system. The breakfast is decent.
