Great - will look to stay here first when back in area Everything was great Pedro on reception was excellent - he was very friendly, helpful and informative and completely different to some hotel staff (in other locations) I have encountered during previous visits to the NYC area. Location of hotel also very good - bus stop immediately outside with 25 min ride to central bus terminal one block from Times Square. It was ok, for a short stay. The room could have been cleaned, because we stayed two days. The door to the room didn’t seem to shut securely, even though it did lock. It could have had a trash can in the bedroom.Didn’t like parking next door in the garage. It didn’t seem safe over there. Breakfast was ok. The front desk employees were great! The location was ok.
