Unacceptable Cleaning standards and under complete construction and renovation not fully disclosed at time of booking Filthy. The floors not vacuumed or clean hair on the floors in the bathroom broken furniture. It mentioned that the fitness center would be under construction, but the entire pool was under construction and the entire building was under construction. Disappointing The smoke alarm was covered with a paper bag.Which is a fire hazard. I don't like to ask for refunds but I think in that case something should have been offered when I showed it to the manager.
Bad Nothing I never saw the property. They sold my room even though I messaged them days in advance that I would be arriving late.

There was nothing welcoming about this hotel. Not clean, TV did not work, one room had no working smoke detector, one elevator not working. “Smoking” in non-smoking rooms.
