Fair Being renovated so no pool
Terrible experience. Elevator didnt work and rooms were poorly maintained. Bath tub had a blockages Rooms were poorly maintained and hotel areas were under construction

Disappointing the bed was super uncomfortable and old with dips in the middle !! The mattress that is .. terrible mattress

The location and price was great but the amenities were not as great. The pool wasn’t open, staff didn’t notify me when I spoke with them about this location as I was looking for a hotel with a pool for my kids.

Very Poor Unable to accommodate our needs. We booked because crib was available for my baby, and we booked a double bed room. Upon check in we were told crib was not available and we were given a single bed room only. My husband had to sleep on the chair so that my baby had somewhere to sleep. The hotel did nothing to help us out. Convenient location off the highway
Smelled disgusting! The room had an awful smell, right upon entering you get hit with a strong stench which smells like a bunch of raw meat was left out in the open for days or weeks on end. It was absolutely disgusting, I don’t understand how they can assign such a room to people and when we asked to switch rooms the employee said he believes us and immediately switched us out, leading me to believe that the staff is aware of the conditions of the room yet still let it get assigned for people to stay at. It was not good at all No a/c in the room, elevator was not working,location was hard to find, requested 1st floor room, got 5th floor, again, no elevator, bathroom wall was stained, no area for pets to use. Nothing about this property was good.
will not go there again The hotel is old and poorly maintained. Very friendly staff
